And the 2016 Exago Innovation gurus are…

It gives us great pleasure to announce the winners of Exago Innovation Gurus Awards’ first edition, launched in the context of our 9th anniversary. It’s an initiative developed to thank and recognise clients for their focus and commitment to innovation.

It’s also a way to say we care about each programme’s results, and that we believe our idea management software can give people a voice and incite everyone to innovate together and make organisations evolve.

Given their innovation programme’s results, resilience and creativity, the 2016 winners are:

The Innovation Bookkeeper 2016: for the customer more strongly focused on crunching the numbers and collecting all the benefits to the company’s innovation programme.

Fleury Group
Fleury presented consistent focus in results’ measurement, achieving a remarkable return on investment of its innovation initiative, with 400% of estimated ROI and over 90 implemented ideas directly contributing to it.
The group wins the 2016 Bookkeeper award and will receive a free Exago Innovation Service, during an ideation cycle, to explore more and new ways to optimise its results.

The Innovation Farmer 2016: for the client who more thoroughly and continuously cultivates a corporate culture of innovation, making the collaboration mindset grow over time.

Portugal Telecom
With a structured innovation programme evolving for almost a decade now, Portugal Telecom has developed over 20 related communication initiatives throughout 2016, using both internal and external media, as well as offline communication to involve the entire organisation. PT has also promoted five moments for incentives’ attribution, including recognition prizes for the most active platform users and to those who generated more value for the company.
To celebrate this commitment to sustainable innovation, Exago will plant trees in the name of Portugal Telecom via the Canopy Project – an initiative that strengthens communities worldwide through tree planting.

The Innovation Hunter 2016: for the customer that is always searching for the most creative and striking ways to find new solutions and trigger innovation practices.

Liberty Seguros
Liberty Seguros Portugal is awarded the Innovation Hunter prize, for its commitment in including all business units in the quest for new creative solutions. Highly focused on collaborative innovation, the company leads its teams towards more innovative paths, with joint initiatives, strong leadership support and efficient and original incentives.
Liberty’s innovation team will now be challenged to go on a “Scavenger hunt” to further boost its creativity and curiosity.

Congratulations to our gurus! We are looking forward to continuing learning with all of you in 2017.
